Velan – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Velan, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because of this, we do not hold inventory and cannot resell returned items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order Products (Important)
All Velan products are made to order once you complete your purchase.
For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size or color
-
Disliking the fit or style
We strongly encourage you to review size charts and product details carefully before ordering. If you have questions about sizing or fit, contact us at velanfitofficial@gmail.com before you buy.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

Defective or misprinted

Damaged in transit

Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design compared to your order confirmation)
If you receive an item with any of these issues, please contact us within:

7 days of delivery

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing:

The defect or damage

The full item

Any damage to packaging (if applicable)

Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we will:

Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly:

Changes or cancellations are only possible before your order has entered production.

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at velanfitofficial@gmail.com with your order number.
If production has already started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
4. Returns & Exchanges for Size / Fit
As all items are made to order:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or fit issues when the size ordered matches the size on your order confirmation.

If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out to us before purchasing so we can help.
In special cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a discount on a replacement order, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where they are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

All made-to-order apparel and accessories

Items purchased during final sale promotions (where clearly marked “Final Sale”)

Gift cards
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We cannot refund:

Shipping fees (except where required by law, or where the issue is due to our error or a defective/incorrect item).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after we have confirmed it was processed:

Double-check your bank or card statement.

Contact your bank or credit card company.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Items Lost in Transit
If your order appears to be lost in transit:

Once a package is confirmed lost by the carrier/Printify, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
