Velan – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production
All products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (Printify).

Processing / production time:
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipping. -
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has been dispatched.
During peak seasons, sales, or launches, production times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the products in your cart, and the print provider used.
Once your order has been produced, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–8 business days

Canada: 3–10 business days
These are estimated timeframes only and can vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs processing, etc.).
3. Where We Ship
Velan currently focuses on shipping to:

United States

Canada
If shipping is not available to your location at checkout, it means our print providers or carriers are unable to service that destination at this time.
4. Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple print providers through Printify, items in your order may be shipped separately.

You may receive more than one package and multiple tracking numbers.

This will not affect your total shipping cost; you are only charged what you see at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped:

You will receive an email with a tracking link.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
If you have not received a tracking email within the expected processing time, please contact us at velanfitofficial@gmail.com with your order number.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the United States, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes, determined by your local customs office.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import fees that may apply in their country.

Velan cannot predict or control these charges and is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to our print provider due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or an unclaimed delivery:

We can reship the order, but you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at velanfitofficial@gmail.com.

If production or shipping has already begun, changes may not be possible.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

Check the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation.

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the latest information.

If there is no update for 10+ business days beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at velanfitofficial@gmail.com.
We will open an investigation with Printify and/or the carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
9. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:

Clear photos of the damaged product

Photos of the packaging

We will work with our print provider to issue a replacement or refund in line with their policies.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processes, print providers, or carrier services.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
